Varsity Red made it to the playoffs. The playoffs were at Geibel on Saturday, May 15th. Their first game started at 10:15 against Aquinas Academy. Aquinas is a very good team. The Trojans came close in the first game with the score of 20 - 25. In the second game they lost to Aquinas 10- 25. [...]

The Pittsburgh Penguins are trying to close out the series against the Habs. The series is tied 3-3 ,but the Penguins are going to play at home, and hopefully move on to play the Bruins or the Flyers. Hopefully the Pens can shut out the Habs.

The Varsity Red Volleyball team made it to the playoffs! They begin May 15th, at Geibel. Their record is 8-3. The girls have done great, and this is the first time they have ever been in the playoffs. We hope to see you there to root them on. Good Luck Girls!!!

Walk-a-Thon

On May 7th, the whole school will go on the St. Sebastian’s School Walk-a-Thon, where we walk around the track of Graham Street Park to raise money for our school. There will be a special “Thank-You” lunch of hot-dogs and chips afterwards! Remember to bring bottled water and wear cool, comforatble clothes. See you there!

This years volleyball team captain is Emily W. and the two co-capteins are Shannon M., and Rachael S. The other teammates are Erin C., Madison M., Lydia P., Jess C., and Tiana G. The team has one every other game except against one team which is the St. John’s Varsity White. Good job, girls!!!

The Pittsburgh Pirates won last night 6-5 over the demolishing Giants. the Pirates are now 4-4, and will be facing the Giants again today at 3:45. Paul Maholm had a good outing.
